Lost and stolen debit and credit cards are more frequently used for the direct debit procedure.
In order to prevent such faud actions the police transfer the data of your debit card to a trading companies` file. Therefore you are required to report the loss or theft of your card to a local police station or oline. Lost or stolen debit cards have to be blocked as soon as possible in order to prevent misuse.
All information is subject to change.
- Keep the PIN and your cards seperately.
- Do not write down the PIN. Keep it in mind.
- Lay criminal charges.

How does it go on?
- The local police station will deal with your case even if you report the loss or theft online.
- In case of any further questions you may be informed and summoned again as a witness.
- You will be reimbursed your expenses.
